I actually think your story was pretty balanced, for example, this quote: "The FDA 'likely feared the criticism they undoubtedly would have received for holding up a vaccine (which they knew they would eventually approve anyway) at the expense of untold lives lost,' added the OCI officer, acknowledging the FDA’s dilemma in 'weighing the risk/benefit ratio.' " As far as what data may have been falsified, after reading all articles again, I'm just not seeing where they reported falsified EFFICACY data. Some of it was irrelevant to efficacy (e.g., improper informed consent forms), while others could have affected efficacy in either direction (unblinding vs improper storage). I'm not saying that any of that is a good thing, although the leaked documents suggest they were trying to fix the problems through re-training. I have a problem with the FDA for not responding to your requests for comment, BUT I also have a problem with the OCI for not responding to your request for an interview. I'm sure you would have protected his identity. As for his claims to be subject to an NDA, that doesn't hold water in my book, as there are strong whistleblower legal protections for federal employees (link below), with classified information being the only exception. Ultimately, the efficacy data that matters to me now is the mortality rate for vaccinated vs unvaccinated, put out by MANY different countries, that is out there for all to see, should they be open-minded enough to look. Let me preface this by saying I'm not an apologist for Big Pharma, and I'm glad that there are reporters who investigate them. I also HATE the ties between Big Pharma and the FDA. Having said that, I trust most of the FDA advisory committee members, such as Paul Offitt. As for this story, this is old news, and was covered when it happened by the BMJ and Medpage, and the whistleblower is uncensored on YouTube, and she has her own (fundraising) website. It seems that the claims she made were not about falsifying efficacy data. They were not always following protocol, some of which may have impacted efficacy (e.g., unblinding). But some of the deviations from protocol would have led to LESS efficacy (e.g., incorrect diluting and failure to store at proper temperatures). It sounds to me more like incompetency in a rush by a subcontractor. Yes, that needs to be corrected, and I wish the FDA were more transparent about what they did and what actions they took to prevent it from happening again. But I find It hard to know what to make of the whistleblower's claims, and only time will tell if she can deliver on her claims sufficiently to convince a jury, as she's filed a lawsuit (2nd and 3rd links below). In the meantime, the only data I care about can be found in the first link. I chose Switzerland, since so many readers here seem to distrust the US. You can find similar tables from many different countries. Now most deaths are in the vaccinated, yes. Because most people are vaccinated! DUH!
